About Connie DeLonge:
I have been in the Mortgage business for almost 2 decades. Not only do I do all types of mortgage loans, I have proven experience with FHA's 203K Rehabilitation program. From 1995 to 2000 I was the Director of Affordable Housing for the 203K Program with a leading mortgage lender. I directed the process and fund control while teaching all branches with fellow loan officers as well as holding seminars to train up to 100 attending Real Estate Agents. My history of mediating between Consultants, Contractors and Home Owners has gained me the respect and reputation of following through. Purchasing a home can become intimidating.
